Job description

On Site/Hybrid and Remote Rads Needed!

Hospital-based group with facilities in FL, SC, WV, and OH is actively seeking several radiologists to work either onsite, hybrid, or fully remotely. Candidates must be board-certified or eligible, with a strong preference for fellowship-trained specialists in Women's Imaging, MSK, and Neuro. Compensation depends on the amount of onsite versus remote work, with a salary range of $575k to $650k per year. They offer productivity bonuses based on wRVUs, typically $35 per wRVU above an annual threshold of 13,000 wRVUs. Full-time physicians usually work 40 weeks per year, with 12 weeks of PTO and 8 weekend shifts annually (Saturday and Sunday). Remote (overnight) positions involve a 7-on/7-off schedule or 7-on/14-off, from 10 pm-6 am or midnight to 8 am EST. Benefits include a 401K with match, healthcare, and malpractice insurance. Workstations are provided for remote staff. As the group is hospital-based, 24/7 coverage is required. For onsite positions, relocation reimbursement and sign-on bonuses are available.
