The Chicago School’s Department of Surgery and Specialty Medicine seeks a dynamic Radiology educator and leader for a 0.25 FTE faculty role at IllinoisCOM. The position targets Assistant/Associate/Full Professor ranks and emphasizes curriculum development, faculty recruitment, and student-centered education.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in medical education or faculty leadership.
• Proven excellence in teaching and curriculum development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Radiology within IllinoisCOM and oversee curriculum development for Radiology rotations.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Radiology faculty; maintain partnerships with hospitals and communities.
• Lead research initiatives, scholarship, and accreditation compliance.
• Represent the College in professional organizations and advance DEI in medical education.
