Job summary

Ironside Human Resources is seeking a full-time Radiology Director for a facility near Gallup, NM. The role leads CT, X-ray, and Mammography operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and top-quality patient care.

You will perform clinical imaging as needed, guide staff, and optimize departmental productivity. A Bachelor's degree and ARRT certification with 5+ years imaging leadership are preferred; onsite housing and a $5,000 sign-on bonus are available.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in good standing.
• Five years of diagnostic imaging experience with CT, X-Ray, and Mammography, including leadership.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; knowledge of regulatory compliance, budgeting, accreditation, and multi-modality imaging operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations for CT, Radiology, and Mammography to ensure high-quality imaging and patient care.
• Act as a working director by performing diagnostic imaging procedures and providing clinical support.
• Lead staff through scheduling, performance management, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to enhance imaging services and outcomes.
