Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences or a related field is required.
• Current certification and licensure as appropriate for the position.
• Progressive leadership experience in diagnostic imaging services.
• Strong knowledge of imaging operations, regulatory requirements, budgeting, and performance improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for all radiology services and staff.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered imaging services.
• Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
