• Two years of Interventional Radiology experience required; four years radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and ongoing review of department budget.
• Manage work schedules, assign personnel, evaluate performance and recommend actions.
• Ensure compliance with department, state, and JCAHO requirements and safety standards.
• Direct maintenance of facilities, equipment, supplies and materials.
• Foster communication within the department and with other hospital groups.
• Apply Radiological Technology Skills and oversee new testing procedures.
• Encourage adoption of new techniques, equipment and research findings.
• Support quality assurance programs and safety/infection control policies.
