Montefiore Nyack Hospital invites applications for the Radiology Supervisor role in Nyack, NY. The incumbent will oversee day-to-day radiology department operations, supervise staff, and ensure QC/QA, accreditation, and policy adherence while coordinating equipment maintenance and optimal patient care.

The position requires an accredited radiology education with licensure in NY, 5 years of radiology experience (3 in supervision), and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited radiology program; associate degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of radiology experience with 3+ years in supervision.
• NY State license in radiology.
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association; ARRT registration.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the radiology department.
• Supervise and schedule staff; manage QC/QA and performance improvement.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ACR accreditation activities.
• Develop, review, and update department policies and procedures.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure safe, quality patient care and optimal patient flow.
