Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of JRCERT Accredited or ARRT approved Radiography Program
• Experience: No Experience Required
• State of Florida Licensure: Radiologic Technology License Required
• BLS (American Heart Association) Required

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic radiology imaging including routine, mobile, OR, fluoroscopy, and emergency procedures.
• Performs routine CT imaging including head, abdomen, pelvis and chest procedures.
• Complies with State and Federal regulations for radiation usage and safety, ensures image quality and patient care.
• Participates in staff/student orientation and training; may participate in on-call rotation as needed.

Work Type: Full Time

Shift: Shift 2/8:30:00 AM to 5:00:00 PM

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $26.25 - $34.12 / hour

Summary

"Performs diagnostic radiology imaging including routine, mobile, OR, fluoroscopy, and emergency procedures. Performs routine CT imaging including head, abdomen, pelvis and chest procedures. Complies with State and Federal regulations for radiation usage and safety. Evaluates and determines diagnostic image quality of recorded images. Provides appropriate and safe patient care. Works positively with all customers to promote patient, employee and physician satisfaction. Participates in performance improvement initiatives. Participates in staff/student orientation and training. May transport non-narcotic medication as directed. Required to participate in ""on call"" rotation as determined per specific department needs."
