Job summary

Ballinger Memorial Hospital District in Ballinger, TX is seeking a Radiology/CT Technician to perform diagnostic radiographic and CT procedures under a Radiologist's supervision. Responsibilities include patient safety, equipment maintenance, and accurate reporting.

The role requires a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, ARRT registration or eligibility, Texas MRT licensure, and CT certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT registration or registry-eligible as required.
• Current Texas licensure as a Medical Radiologic Technologist.
• CT certification required.
• Additional MRI, Mammography, or Bone Density certifications are a plus and may be pursued after hire.
• Current CPR certification required.
• At least two years of experience as a Registered Technologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic and CT procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Maintain and clean imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and reports.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and radiation safety standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care.
