Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses in Lansing, MI seeks a CT Technologist for a night shift position from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with a 7 days on/7 days off schedule spanning Wednesday night through the following Wednesday. You will operate CT equipment, ensure safe imaging protocols, and collaborate with radiologists on results.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years CT experience and ARRT certification. Travel care expertise and flexibility for location-based assignments are a plus, with benefits and support

Job Description

A Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist is a highly skilled medical imaging professional who operates specialized, computer-controlled X-ray equipment to produce detailed cross-sectional images of a patient’s internal organs, bones, and tissues. These diagnostic images directly assist radiologists and physicians in accurately diagnosing complex diseases, trauma, and disorders.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Follow established protocols to ensure patient safety and image accuracy.
• Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to discuss imaging results.
• Maintain imaging equipment and ensure a sterile environment.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist - REQUIRED
• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification - REQUIRED
