Description:

The position is for a CT Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography.

The unit has 2 scanners from GE and Siemens.

The technologist will assist with X-ray tech duties.

Common types of imaging performed include PAN, HEAD, and ABD.

An average of 20 scans/studies will be performed daily.

The department uses EPIC and SYNAPSE for electronic medical records and picture archiving.

Department-specific equipment includes GE and Siemens systems.

The role may involve starting IVs as necessary.

Weekend and holiday requirements will be part of the schedule.

The dress code includes black scrubs, which are not provided.

The department has specific orientation for new hires.

The facility has the capability to cancel up to 4 shifts during the 13-week assignment.

The care setting is acute.

There are no call or standby requirements associated with this position.

Radiologists are not currently in-house but are expected to be available by 2026.
