Job summary

Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Outpatient Imaging is seeking a Radiology Tech Assistant to support our imaging team in a fast-paced outpatient setting. You will help move patients through appointments, assist technologists with patient care, and ensure rooms and supplies are ready for the day.

This full-time flex role offers Monday–Friday evenings (3:00 PM–10:00 PM) with a supportive team, excellent customer service expectations, and opportunities to grow within Wake Forest Baptist Outpatient

Qualifications

• One year as a trained Phlebotomist and/or Medical Assistant.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Help move patients through their appointments and keep workflows smooth.
• Assist technologists with patient care and center operations.
• Ensure rooms and supplies are ready for daily imaging sessions.
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Tech Assistant - Full-Time Flex (30-40 hours/week)

Position Summary:

As a Radiology Tech Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our imaging team and creating a positive experience for every patient. You’ll help keep patients moving smoothly through their appointments, assist technologists with patient care and daily center needs, and help ensure rooms and supplies are ready for the day. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment, providing excellent customer service, and being part of a collaborative team.

Job Details:

• Position Status: Full-Time Flex
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM -10:00 PM
• Location: This position will support our outpatient imaging center located in Winston-Salem, NC.

Requirements

Experience:

• One year as a trained Phlebotomist and/or Medical Assistant experience required.

Education:
