Job summary

The successful candidate will oversee trial coordination, regulatory submissions, and lifecycle management across multi-site studies, ensuring adherence to NIH guidelines and sponsor expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 6+ years in clinical research operations with leadership experience.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and ability to translate requirements into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical research workflow across disease teams.
• Oversee set-up, planning, and close-out of multi-site trials.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and sponsor requirements.
• Mentor staff and ensure resources are available to achieve outcomes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and business processes for protocols.
