Prestige Hospital System in California is seeking a Consulting Radiology Clinical Instructor to deliver hands-on laboratory instruction in our 18‑month program. You will guide students through psychomotor and applied radiography skills, under the Program Director and Clinical Coordinator, and supervise activities that align with course content and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in radiologic technology or equivalent
• Current, unrestricted ARRT certification in Radiography - R(R)
• Current California Radiologic Technologist license
• BLS/CPR certification for healthcare providers
• 5+ years of experience in radiology
• Applied clinical knowledge of radiographic positioning and patient care
• Knowledge of radiation-safety and ALARA principles
• Familiarity with JRCERT standards for lab instruction
• Skill in demonstrating psychomotor techniques and assessing students
• Strong interpersonal skills for small-group instruction and feedback
• Proficiency with office software and learning-management platforms

Responsibilities

• Facilitate small-group laboratory sessions in Introduction to Patient Care and Introduction to Radiography
• Demonstrate and supervise energized and non-energized laboratory practice
• Reinforce radiation-safety and patient-care principles
• Evaluate students' skill acquisition in a safe, equitable environment
• Manage a safe, organized laboratory environment for small groups
• Align lab activities with didactic content and program outcomes
