Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network seeks a Clinical Specialist in Radiology to lead and evaluate educational programs across the network, ensuring high-quality imaging and compliance with accreditation standards.

The role involves partnering with Radiologists to advance imaging practices, develop peer review, and train staff and students on new procedures and technologies within a dynamic radiology department.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized ARRT program with advanced registry or other accrediting agency.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a staff technologist; BLS within 3 months.
• Computer experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates clinical expertise by participating in patient care and improving practices.
• Facilitates continuing education programs.
• Maintains ACR accreditation in the area of specialty for the network.
• Collaborates with Radiologists to improve imaging and understanding of pathophysiology.
• Develops and tracks peer review plans and standards of care.
• Trains staff and students on equipment, procedures and techniques.
