Job summary

The role involves overseeing a large radiology program across multiple campuses, partnering with BU Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine and Harvard Medical School affiliates, and guiding clinical care, education, and research efforts.

The candidate should have an MD or DO, full medical licensure, and demonstrated leadership in radiology administration; board certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• US citizenship requirement per VA policy
• Full and unrestricted medical license in a US state or territory
• Board certification preferred in Radiology-Diagnostic
• Leadership experience in radiology administration
• Advanced imaging technology knowledge
• English proficiency (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Lead the radiology service as chief in a multi-campus academic medical center
• Oversee budget, financial plans, and departmental operations
• Ensure staff supervision and workflow efficiency across imaging modalities
• Collaborate with BU Medical School and Harvard Medical School affiliates
• Support research activities and maintain high standards of clinical care
