Cynet Health in Portland, OR is seeking a Radiology - Cardiovascular Tech for a 13-week assignment. You will assist physicians in diagnosing heart, lung, and vessel disorders, perform invasive and non-invasive tests, operate x-ray and physiological equipment, and maintain equipment and records.

Candidates must have Cath Lab experience, ARRT-R Radiography, and an active Radiologic Technologist License, with CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Aids physicians in diagnosing heart, lung, and blood vessel disorders.
• Conducts invasive and non-invasive diagnostic tests of cardiovascular and pulmonary systems.
• Operates x-ray and physiological equipment.
• Assists with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Maintains equipment and records test results.
• Monitors patient vital signs during procedures.
• Ensures radiation safety standards are followed.
• Maintains sterile techniques and aseptic practices.
• Reports malfunctions and performs preventive maintenance.
• Completes forms and ensures accurate record-keeping.
• Keeps work area organized and clean after each patient.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Vaccination requirement for employment and participation in E-Verify may apply.

• Responsible for aiding physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of heart, lung, and blood vessel disorders.
• Conducts invasive and non-invasive diagnostic tests of cardiovascular and pulmonary systems.
• Operates x-ray and physiological equipment.
• Assists with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Maintains equipment and records test results.
• Monitors, records, and evaluates patient vital signs throughout procedures.
• Ensures protection to patients in accordance with prescribed radiation safety standards.
• Maintains proper sterile techniques and practices aseptic techniques.
• Operates, records, and maintains physiologic equipment according to established clinical procedures.
• Reports any malfunctions and practices preventive maintenance procedures.
• Assists during special procedures and in the administration of opaque media via catheter or direct injection.
• Completes appropriate forms and ensures accurate record-keeping throughout procedures.
• Maintains an organized and stocked work area, cleaning and disinfecting equipment after each patient use.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
