Job summary

LaborEdge, LLC is seeking a Cath Lab Radiology Technologist to operate imaging equipment and assist care teams during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures.

You will support physicians during LHC, RHC, TAVR, TEER, EP, and ECMO, prepare patients, monitor vitals, and ensure safety. Documentation into Merge is required, with rotation and on-call shifts typical.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT (R) registration in Radiography, with BLS and ACLS.
• State radiology licensure may be required.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience.
• 13-week travel contracts; 36–40 hours weekly; rotating shifts; on-call.

A Facility Cath Lab Radiology Technologist operates specialized imaging equipment and assists care teams during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Procedure Assistance: Help physicians during cardiac catheterizations, including Left Heart Catheterization (LHC), Right Heart Catheterization (RHC), Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Transmitral Valve Repair (TEER), Electrophysiology (EP), and ECMO support.
• Equipment Operation: Prepare, operate, and maintain advanced imaging systems (such as Philips and Siemens equipment).
• Patient Care: Prepare patients for procedures, monitor vitals, and ensure safety throughout.
• Documentation: Record procedural details and patient data accurately into clinical documentation software like Merge.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school for Radiologic Technology.
• Certifications: ARRT (R) registration (Radiography) alongside current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). State-specific radiology licensure may also be required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of acute care hospital experience.
• Assignment Details: Typically structured as 13-week travel contracts requiring 36 to 40 hours per week, with rotating shift options and call requirements.
