Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Radiology - Cardiovascular Tech for a 13-week assignment in Montana. The role supports cardiovascular procedures in the OR with a team including CSTs, surgeons, and nurses.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiovascular OR procedures within a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with CSTs, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses; perfusionist present in the room.
• Respond to call within 30 minutes; participate in weekend and holiday call as scheduled.
• Floating to main OR and other designated areas as needed.

Must-Have: Experience with CABG, TAVR, AVR, MVR, sternotomy, thoracotomy/thoracoscopy, VATs, aortic repairs, fistulas, peripheral cases, fem-pops, carotid endarterectomies, and robotics (thoracic)

Description:TotalMed interviews conduct manager final approval.There is 1 operating room for cardiovascular procedures.The average case census is 1-2 cases per day.The charge nurse does not take an assignment.Team includes CSTs, surgical assistants, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and registered nurses.There is also a perfusionist in the room.Technology used includes Meditech EMR.Staff will float into the main OR and other designated areas.Scheduling includes rotation for weekend call, once every third day and once every third weekend.There will be backup trauma call while on call.There is a 30-minute response time required for call.Holiday call responsibilities may apply.Requests for time off will be approved through management.Shifts are Monday to Friday with a start time between 0600 and 0700, depending on case schedules.The work environment is fast-paced.
