Nexus MedPro Staffing Inc. is seeking an experienced General Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. You will perform general, OB/GYN, and vascular ultrasound exams in a busy acute-care setting.

The role requires ARDMS Abdomen and RDMS-AB, BLS, and at least 2 years of ultrasound experience. Samsung RS85 familiarity, Epic/PACS/McKesson experience, and the ability to work nights are essential attributes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience.
• BLS required.
• ARDMS Abdomen (RDMS-AB) required.
• ARDMS OB/GYN preferred.
• RVT preferred.
• Experience with Samsung RS85 equipment.
• Experience with inpatient/outpatient/E.D./NICU/portable exams.
• Abdominal and general ultrasound; OB/GYN imaging incl. 1st–3rd trimester.
• Renal, pelvic, and small-parts imaging; carotid; vascular studies.
• Doppler studies; renal artery duplex; ultrasound-guided procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality general, OB/GYN, and vascular ultrasound exams.
• Support inpatient, ED, NICU, and portable study workflows.
• Utilize Samsung RS85 and integrate with PACS/Epic/McKesson.
• Document findings and communicate results to clinicians.
• Adhere to safety, patient care, and infection control standards.

Nexus MedPro Staffing is seeking an experienced General Ultrasound Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Job Details:

• Specialty: Ultrasound Tech – General.
• Facility: Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center.
• Location: Charlotte, NC.
• Start Date: November 25, 2026.
• Contract Length: 13 weeks.
• Schedule: Nights, 5x8s.
• Shift: 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, Monday–Friday.
• Hours: 40 hours/week.
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,210/week.
• Employment Type: Travel Contract.
• No call.
• No weekend requirement.
• No floating.
• First-time travelers accepted.

Requirements:

Unit Information:

• This is an acute-care hospital ultrasound department serving inpatient and Emergency Department patients. The department performs General, OB/GYN, and vascular examinations.
• Approximately 8–12 patients per day.
• 6 ultrasound rooms.
• Occasional OR cases may require assistance.
• Samsung RS85 equipment.
• Royal blue scrubs.
• No floating.
• No call.
• No weekend requirement.
