Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or a related field.
• Completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy or equivalent, as applicable.
• Current state license or registration, where required.
• Previous radiation therapy experience preferred. Strong technical, communication, patient-care, and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Review treatment plans and prepare patients for radiation therapy.
• Position and immobilize patients accurately for treatment.
• Operate linear accelerators and other radiation therapy equipment.
• Deliver prescribed radiation treatments according to approved treatment plans.
• Monitor patients during treatment and report changes or concerns.
• Perform imaging and verification procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
• Follow radiation safety, infection control, and quality standards.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report technical issues.
• Educate and support patients throughout their treatment.
