HiredFirst seeks a Radiation Therapy professional to administer prescribed treatments and ensure patient safety. You will verify identities and plans, prepare equipment, and position patients for therapy. You will monitor patients, document records, and support education for students.
Required ARRT-T and TRT certifications, with preference for advanced degrees and CPR/BLS certification. This role involves direct patient care in a scheduled day shift environment.
Day Shift
40 hours/week
5 x 8-hour shifts
Administer prescribed radiation therapy treatments safely and accurately
Verify patient identity, treatment plans, and physician prescriptions
Prepare equipment and position patients for treatment
Monitor patients during therapy and report any adverse reactions
Maintain accurate treatment records and review patient charts
Support patient education and supervise students as needed
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent (Preferred)
Master’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience in radiologic technology (Preferred)
Licenses & Certifications
ARRT – Radiation Therapy (ARRT-T) (Required)
Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification (TRT) (Required)
BLS/CPR (Preferred)
