Job summary

ARMStaffing is recruiting an Interventional Radiology Technologist for day shift in Salisbury, NC. The role involves assisting the provider during interventional radiology and some cardiology procedures in a mixed radiology lab, scrubbing and circulating, and maintaining a sterile environment.

The candidate will scrub/circulate IR/Cath Lab procedures, place EKG leads, monitor patient vitals, and ensure patient comfort during procedures while maintaining sterile technique.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with a strong focus on interventional radiology (90% of cases).
• Current certifications: ACLS, BCLS, ARRT or RCIS.
• Preferred certifications: ARRT Advanced Cert, RCES, RCIS.

Job Description

The Interventional Radiology Technologist will assist the provider in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in a combination radiology lab, primarily focusing on interventional radiology with some cardiology procedures. Responsibilities include scrubbing and circulating during procedures, ensuring a sterile environment, and monitoring patient conditions.
