Job summary

Freeman Health in Bentonville, AR, is seeking a PRN Imaging Department Assistant to support patient flow and workflow in imaging services.

You will check in patients, schedule exams, transport and position them, enter data into the system, burn CDs, print reports and assist with IV access as needed. A High School diploma or GED is required, and BLS certification must be obtained within seven days of employment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• BLS certification required within seven days of employment.
• Preferred: PCA/CNA certification or RN degree program enrollment.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include work performed in Imaging Department such as checking in patients, scheduling exams, transporting patients, positioning patients, entering information in related systems, burning CD's, printing reports and other duties as necessary such as screening patients and starting/removing intravenous access. High School diploma or GED equivalent. Previous experience in imaging preferred.
