Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with preparation for imaging exams, including changing into appropriate attire and verifying identification under supervision.
• Supports technologists during procedures by positioning patients, moving equipment, or preparing exam rooms as directed.
• Cleans and restocks imaging rooms between patients, ensuring cleanliness, infection control compliance, and readiness for next exam.
• Maintains inventory of linens, supplies, and equipment, and alerts staff when items are low.
• Answers phones, relays messages, and assists with communication between technologists, nursing and other departments to support efficient workflow.
• Greets, escorts, and transports patients to and from imaging areas, ensuring safety, comfort and timely movement.
• Other duties as assigned.

Cleans and restocks imaging rooms between patients, ensuring cleanliness, infection control compliance, and readiness for next exam.
