Piedmont Healthcare seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (FNP/NP/PA) to join the Radiology team at Piedmont Macon. The role focuses on minimally invasive, image-guided procedures with strong pre- and post-care in a patient-centered setting.

The APP will perform and assist with procedures such as thoracentesis, paracentesis, joint injections, lumbar punctures, and fluoroscopy-guided studies, while coordinating care with radiologists and clinical teams. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifikationen

• Current licensure as an FNP, NP, or PA in Georgia.
• Certification by a national board (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA, or equivalent).
• Prior Radiology or interventional procedure experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform and support image-guided procedures such as thoracentesis and paracentesis.
• Assist with joint injections and aspirations, lumbar punctures, and fluoroscopy studies.
• Conduct pre- and post-procedure assessments and educate patients.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nursing staff, and referring providers.
• Document encounters accurately and participate in quality improvement.
• Support care coordination and departmental workflow to improve throughput.
