Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare in Georgia is seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our Radiology team at Piedmont Macon. This role suits a Family Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant with experience or strong interest in minimally invasive, image-guided radiologic procedures to join a high-performing, patient-centered practice.

You will work with experienced radiologists and multidisciplinary clinical teams to deliver safe, efficient, and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed as FNP/NP/PA in Georgia with active credentials.
• Board certification by AANP, ANCC, NCCPA, or equivalent.
• Prior radiology or interventional experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and procedural competence.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and support image-guided procedures and pre-/post-procedural care.
• Support radiology department workflow and care coordination.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, risks, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nursing staff, and referring providers.
• Document encounters and maintain medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings.
