RadNet in Lehigh Acres, FL is seeking a Technologist Aide to join a patient-focused team. You will greet patients, verify information, register them, collect copays, and help with scheduling to ensure timely and efficient care.

You will assist technologists, maintain clean, sterilized equipment, and help coordinate care across departments. A High School diploma and BLS certification are required; some medical office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, collect copays, verify patient information and notify arrivals.
• Obtain insurance authorizations and collect signatures for documents.
• Schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments and inform staff of changes.
• Ensure sterilization of equipment and assist technologists as needed.
• Safeguard patient information and company property.
