Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent is required.
• One year in a hospital setting and prior clerical experience is preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process exposed radiographic cassettes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Utilize HIS/RIS/PACS to provide best patient care.
• Retrieve images and reports as requested by ULH customers in a timely manner.
• Copy and print radiographs as requested in a timely manner.
• Answer phones using appropriate customer relations skills and route calls to the correct location.
• Process requisitions accurately and promptly.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and stocked with supplies.
• Assist technologists and maintain professional relations with ULH customers.
