Responsibilities

• Greets patients/visitors at front desk and checks in patients.
• Answers main office phone line.
• Schedules medical appointments and determines patient eligibility.
• Obtains documentation as requested by providers.
• Performs other administrative/clerical duties in support of care.
• Creates appointment schedules in the patient system.
• Executes end-of-day processes and resolves pending appointments.
