Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a General Diagnostic Radiologist to join our Midwest-based network. This hybrid role offers flexible shifts, no overnight coverage, and a pathway to partnership with a four-day workweek for partners.

The ideal candidate will read a full range of diagnostic radiology including Body Imaging, Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology, and Nuclear Medicine, with light interventional procedures.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy required.
• Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology or eligibility.
• Fellowship training in a subspecialty preferred.
• MQSA preferred, but not required.
• Iowa/Illinois/Wisconsin medical license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Read a full range of diagnostic radiology including Body Imaging, Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology, Nuclear Medicine.
• Perform light interventional procedures.
• Hybrid schedule with multiple shifts; no overnight coverage.

Position Summary

Advanced Radiology, SC (ARSC) has over 30 years of experience serving patients in the Midwest. ARSC is a 23 physician partially sub-specialized radiology group staffing multiple hospitals, clinics and imaging centers. We are headquartered in the Iowa/Illinois Quad Cities Region. We serve the Quad Cities, Southeast Iowa, Dubuque Iowa, Southwest Wisconsin and areas. We continue to grow along with our clients and the region and welcome the addition of equity partners to support our strong practice.

ARSC is seeking a General Diagnostic Radiologist to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a hybrid position with multiple schedule and shift options. This is a partnership tracked position, with partners enjoying 4-day workweeks and believe in a clean list culture. The ideal candidate will be able to read a full range of diagnostic radiology, including Body Imaging, Musculoskeletal, Neuroradiology, Nuclear Medicine and perform Light Interventional procedures. Ability to read mammography is preferred but not required. All opportunities provide for very flexible work shifts and extensive time off.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shift Hours: 3:30pm - 11:00pm CT; 7 days on/ 21 days off
• No Overnight Coverage Required - Coverage provided 11pm-7am CST by 3rd party

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
• Board certified/eligible by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology or Board certified in Diagnostic Radiology
• Fellowship training in any subspecialty preferred, but not required
• MQSA preferred, but not required
• Candidates must have an Iowa, Illinois & Wisconsin medical license or the ability to obtain

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $400,000- $450,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
