Jefferson Radiology is actively recruiting a Neuroradiologist to join a fellowship-trained, CAQ-certified team in Connecticut. The practice uses a hybrid-subspecialty model with flexible tele, hybrid, or onsite scheduling and welcomes neuroradiology fellows to apply.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with ability to obtain CT and MA medical licenses.

Responsibilities

• Exclusive coverage of neuroradiology cases.
• Read cross-sectional imaging with occasional non-neuro cases; pursue moonlighting if desired.
• Engage in teaching and academic activities through the residency program.
• Benefit from flexible work arrangements: onsite, hybrid, or remote teleradiology.

Job description

Jefferson Radiology is actively recruiting a Neuroradiologist to join a team of fellowship-trained, CAQ-certified Neuroradiologists to support our growing practice in Connecticut. We operate on a hybrid-subspecialty model, allowing our physicians to self-select a personalized level of Neuro sub-specialization - ranging from a pure Neuroradiology position to a hybrid General-Neuro role.

This is an excellent Neuro onlyopportunity with flexible tele , hybrid , or onsite scheduling options, in a friendly and collegial section that fosters collaboration, work-life balance, and academic growth. Neuroradiology fellows are encouraged to apply.

• Salary Range with a base of $625,000.00 for on-site and $600,000.00 for remote with productivity incentives upwards to $1,000,000.00 annually
• Commencement and/or Retention bonuses up to $100,000 collectively
• This position involves exclusive coverage of Neuroradiology cases.

• Monday - Friday with weekend commitments
• The daily caseload is reasonable and manageable, consisting primarily of cross-sectional imaging studies, with only occasional plain films (e.g., for valve settings).
• Case complexity is moderate and typical for a community-based health system.
• Productivity is supported by a strong volume of outpatient MRI cases, offering consistently high RVU generation.
• No procedures required

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• D octor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO)
• Licensed or ability to obtain medical license in the State of Connecticut and Massachusetts
• Board Eligible or Certified, American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
• CAQ in Neuroradiology (or eligible to obtain CAQ within 1 year of employment)

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $600,000 with productivity incentives up to $1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
