Job summary

Sutter Medical Group (SMG) in Vallejo, CA seeks an experienced radiologist for weekday onsite coverage at Sutter Solano Medical Center. The role blends diagnostic imaging, breast imaging with biopsies, and light interventional procedures in a collaborative hospital setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with California medical license or the ability to obtain one.
• ABR Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Demonstrated competency in mammography and light interventional procedures.
• Commitment to onsite, in-person patient care.

Responsibilities

• Interpret MRI, CT and Ultrasound imaging for diagnostic accuracy.
• Perform mammography, breast biopsies and related procedures.
• Conduct light image-guided IR procedures (CT-guided biopsies, lumbar punctures, nephrostomy, thoracentesis, paracentesis, barium studies).
• Collaborate onsite with ER, oncology and surgical teams to ensure timely care.
