Job summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a Registered Radiologist Assistant (RRA) to join Sinai Hospital's radiology team. The RRA will provide advanced support, working under a radiologist's supervision to extend the reach of on-site radiologists in performing diverse procedures.

Required: 5-7 years of radiology experience, Maryland license or eligibility, ARRT certification, and completion of an RA curriculum with clinical preceptorship. Preferred: Master’s degree and JRCERT accreditation.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of radiology experience required.
• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited school of Radiologic Technology required.
• Must hold Maryland Radiologist Assistant license or be eligible to obtain Maryland license.
• ARRT-certified radiographer with advanced RA curriculum and clinical preceptorship.

Summary

The Registered Radiologist Assistant (RRA) is a trained radiographer who provides advanced level support to a radiologist-led team. The RRA works under the supervision of a radiologist, while enhancing patient care by assisting and or extending the reach of on-site radiologist(s) in performing a variety of procedural tasks.

Experience

• Master's Degree

Graduate of a JRCERT accredited school of Radiologic Technology required.

Licensures & Certifications

Required:

• Radiologist Assistant License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license
• Registered Radiologist Assistant
• Basic Life Support
• Registered Radiologic Technologist

The RRA must also be an ARRT-certified radiographer who has successfully completed an advanced academic program encompassing a nationally recognized radiologist assistant curriculum and a radiologist directed clinical preceptorship.

Pay Range: $54.90 to $82.35 Based On Experience
