Job summary

Horizon Health in Paris, IL seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Radiologist to join our growing organization licensed in Illinois and Indiana. Ideal is Monday–Friday 8–5, with flexibility for schedule discussions.

This role offers general radiology coverage with optional IR duties. Our team includes 19 primary care physicians plus visiting specialists, with a 24/7 hospitalist service and expanding radiology capabilities.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible radiologist licensed in Illinois and Indiana.
• General radiology coverage with IR involvement as a bonus.
• Monday–Friday 8–5 schedule preferred; flexible discussions possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide general radiology coverage for the hospital and clinics.
• Support IR services as needed; IR coverage would be a bonus.

Position Information

• We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Radiologistto join ourgrowing organization licensed in Illinois and Indiana.
• Ideal Monday-Friday 8-5, but open to flexible schedule discussions
• Location: Paris, IL with growth opportunities for other locations
• Looking for general radiology coverage, IR would be a bonus.
• We are staffed with 19 primary care physicians and providers, with specialtysupport in behavioral health, urogynecology, general surgery, orthopedics,spine, pain, dermatology, podiatry, wound care, cosmetics, urology, women’shealth, endocrinology, and cardiology.
• Additionally, we have 14 visiting specialists that see patients in theclinic each month.
• Hospital has a 24/7 hospitalist service and convenient care for patients.
• We have a friendly physician EMR.
• In 2024, we completed expansion projects including adding an outpatientdialysis center, home health services, pre-anesthesia clinic, and innovativeradiology updates.

Salary range: $450K to $640K, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and the potentialto contribute to the growth and success of hospital.
