Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpretation of Imaging Studies: Review and interpret diagnostic imaging studies, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds, depending on expertise.
  • Timely Reporting: Provide accurate and comprehensive reports for routine and STAT cases within the required turnaround times (e.g., 24 hours for routine and 1 hour for STAT cases).
  • Collaboration: Communicate with referring physicians and healthcare providers to discuss findings and ensure clinical relevance of reports.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in diagnostic accuracy and adhere to company policies and international radiology guidelines.
  • Case Discussions: Participate in case reviews and double-read sessions to support quality assurance and team learning.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications:
    • MBBS, MD, DO, or equivalent degree in Radiology.
    • Fellowship training in subspecialties (e.g., Neuroradiology, MSK, Body Imaging, etc.) is a plus.
  • Licensing (Optional):
    • Valid U.S. medical licenses are preferred but not mandatory.
    • Radiologists without U.S. licenses are welcome to apply.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in radiology (teleradiology experience preferred).
    • Familiarity with a range of diagnostic modalities and software systems.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Experience using PACS, RIS, and voice recognition tools.
    • Strong internet connectivity and a reliable workstation setup.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
