DMC operates an on-site ACGME residency with 6 residents per year in a right-sized, high-touch program. On ED shifts, you are paired 1:1 with a resident — residents generate preliminary reads while you read independently, then finalize with real-time feedback to optimize both learning and patient care. The group uses iCollaborate for streamlined case assignment, image sharing, and live attending-resident interaction.
