University Hospital is seeking a Radiological Technician I to provide X-ray services for inpatients and outpatients. You will perform radiographic procedures, maintain ALARA principles, and ensure professional interaction with patients and staff. About the Role
The primary purpose of the Radiological Technician I position is to provide x-ray services for inpatients and outpatients of the University Hospital. Performs radiographic procedures and other functions related to the production of x-rays of accurate and diagnostic radiographs for interpretation by a licensed practitioner. Exercises professional judgment throughout the performance of his/her duties and maintains a demeanor that supports the values and mission of The University Hospital. Contributes and functions as a cohesive member of the department, ensuring that all interaction with patients, physicians, nurses, administrators, and other members of the hospital staff are professional and in accordance with the established guidelines of the institution. Performs procedures in compliance with NJ Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) standards and the principals of As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA).

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is TT/2800: Probationary Rate $48.54, in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
