Job summary

Premier Health Urgent Care is seeking a Radiology Technologist (RT) to perform radiologic tests and film exposures, and to uphold OSHA guidelines and state health regulations in a fast-paced environment. This PRN position requires Ohio licensure, CPR certification, and a graduating from an accredited radiography program.

Experience in a physician office or hospital is preferred, with a focus on patient care and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed in Ohio and CPR certified.
  • Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in a physician office or hospital preferred.
  • Independent thinker with self-motivation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform radiologic tests and film exposures.

Premier Health Urgent CarePRN / As ScheduledSummary of PositionThe Radiology Technologist (RT) is responsible for performing radiological tests and film exposures, for providing OSHA guidelines and surveillance, for compliance with ODH (Ohio Department of Health), and if applicable, the ACR (American College of Radiology).Nature and ScopeThe Radiology Technologist discretely handles a high volume of confidential, sensitive and personal information on a daily basis. The person ensures that priorities are met, delays are minimized, and resources are used to accomplish all tasks efficiently.Qualifications1. A high school diploma or GED required.2. Graduate of an accredited course for radiographic technology.3. Must be licensed in the State of Ohio and must maintain CPR certification.4. Must be an independent thinker and be self-motivated to achieve the highest patient care and customer service standards.5.
