The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in security or vulnerability assessment of licensed facilities, strong technical writing skills, and the ability to sustain long periods of reading and writing about misuse scenarios in this field.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to produce clear written rationales for complex topics.
• Prior technical writing, published research, or expert witness experience is a strong signal.

Responsibilities

• Write challenging single-turn prompts in benign, dual-use, and adversarial categories.
• Evaluate model responses against a defined policy standard and judge whether each was handled correctly.
• Draft the reference answer — the correct response and the technical reasoning.
