Southeast Community College in Lincoln invites applicants for an Instructor in the Radiologic Technology Program. Under supervision of the Dean, the instructor will teach courses in classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings, and may coordinate multiple courses or serve as lead instructor.

This is a full-time position requiring development of syllabi, evaluation of students, coordination with affiliated facilities, and promotion of professional standards within the program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Radiology Technology or related field.
  • Three years of work experience as Radiology Technologist.
  • Current Nebraska license as Radiology Technologist.
  • Maintain health requirements for clinical sites.

Responsibilities

  • Instruct students in classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings per course objectives and accreditation standards.
  • Coordinate courses or lead instructor duties as assigned within the program.
  • Develop and implement course syllabi according to the program plan.
  • Evaluate students and maintain accurate grades and attendance records.
  • Collaborate with affiliated facilities to schedule clinical experiences and ensure safety.
