Job summary

National-Polytechnic-College- invites applications for a Radiologic Technology Instructor to lead curriculum design, instruction, student evaluation, and clinical coordination at the Lakewood, CA campus. The position supports accreditation work and program growth while overseeing faculty and clinical coordinators.

The role requires a degree in radiologic technology with ARRT-RT certification and at least three years of professional experience, plus a strong command of instructional technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited institution with three years of professional radiologic technology experience.
• Current ARRT-RT certification.
• All degrees must come from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Teach theory, laboratory, and clinical components of radiologic technology courses across morning, afternoon, or evening schedules as department needs require
• Deliver courses across the academic year in line with established course outlines
• Coach and resource students throughout their coursework and clinical progress
• Help develop and assess student learning outcomes
• Develop and update course curricula and syllabi, and help build new courses as the program grows
• Build supplementary materials and bring instructional technology into lecture and lab, for a multicultural student body
• Take an active role in campus initiatives, including accreditation work
• Keep current through ongoing professional development in the field
