Job description
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute and process X-ray examinations utilizing portable digital radiography (DR) or computed radiography (CR) systems, ensuring timely submission for radiologist interpretation.
Operate and transport portable X-ray apparatus to designated facilities to conduct physician‑ordered procedures, ensuring the acquisition of clinically diagnostic and technically accurate radiographic images.
Perform electrocardiograms (EKGs) as necessary and relay results to a cardiologist for evaluation, if required.
Digitally scan and archive examination‑related paperwork and billing documentation daily, adhering to established protocols.
Maintain consistent communication with dispatch and management to facilitate efficient operations.
Interact professionally and effectively with peers, supervisory staff, and clients, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Uphold the maintenance and operational readiness of the vehicle and X‑ray equipment.
