Job summary

Midtown Vascular Center in Georgia is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our outpatient vascular team. This role involves assisting with vascular interventions, dialysis access procedures, and operating fluoroscopic imaging equipment in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate should be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with ARRT Radiography certification and Georgia credentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography preferred.
• Current Georgia radiologic technologist credentials, as applicable.
• Experience in vascular procedures or interventional radiology preferred.
• Experience scrubbing into sterile procedures preferred.
• Knowledge of fluoroscopy, radiation safety, and sterile technique.

Responsibilities

• Scrub in and assist providers during outpatient vascular procedures, including dialysis access creation and interventions.
• Assist with dialysis access procedures, including fistula and graft-related interventions.
• Operate fluoroscopic and radiographic imaging equipment during vascular procedures as appropriate.
• Prepare procedure rooms, sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain sterile technique and follow infection prevention protocols throughout procedures.
• Assist with patient positioning, preparation, and procedural workflow.
• Monitor and maintain radiation safety practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and other clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate procedural documentation and equipment records.
• Assist with room turnover, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
• Travel between Macon, Warner Robins, and Dublin satellite offices.

Schedule: Full-Time | Guaranteed 32 Hours Per Week

Locations: Macon, Warner Robins & Dublin, Georgia

Position Overview

Midtown Vascular Center is seeking a skilled, dependable, and motivated Radiologic Technologist to join our growing outpatient vascular team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in interventional vascular procedures, demonstrate excellent clinical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced outpatient procedural environment.

This position involves assisting providers with vascular interventions, including dialysis access creation and maintenance procedures, while ensuring patient safety, procedural efficiency, and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub in and assist providers during outpatient vascular procedures, including dialysis access creation and interventions.
• Assist with dialysis access procedures, including fistula and graft-related interventions.
• Operate fluoroscopic and radiographic imaging equipment during vascular procedures as appropriate.
• Prepare procedure rooms, sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiography preferred.
• Current Georgia radiologic technologist credentials, as applicable.
• Previous experience in vascular procedures, interventional radiology, catheterization labs, or outpatient procedural settings preferred.
• Experience scrubbing into sterile procedures strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of fluoroscopy, radiation safety, and sterile technique.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel between assigned office locations.
