Description

The Radiologic Technologist will perform quality x-rays per physician's orders while providing excellent service to patients. This is a full-time position working 3 8-hour shifts per week (8:00 am - 8:00 pm) and 1 4-hour shift per week. The role supports our Plymouth, Maple Grove, and Robbinsdale locations.

Essential Functions
  1. Perform and develop quality x-rays on designated portions of the body for physician diagnosis and treatment.
  2. Inform and prepare patients for procedures.
  3. Maintain radiology files, including internal and external films.
  4. Prepare, clean, and stock work area with supplies.
  5. Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair.
  6. Maintain necessary precautions for radiation exposure.
  7. Supply requested x-rays to patients.
  8. Assist provider teams in obtaining imaging from other facilities as needed.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
  1. Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology Program.
  2. ARRT Certification in radiology required within 60 days of employment.
  3. Previous radiology experience preferred.
Benefits & Compensation

Starting pay varies based on education, skills, and experience. A $4,500 sign-on bonus is offered, payable with a 12-month commitment. Internal applicants are not eligible for the bonus. Essential Requirements
  • Ability to comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics guidelines.
  • Complete required training and comply with applicable laws (HIPAA, Stark, OSHA, etc.).
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance.
  • Work in the clinic during business hours and travel as needed.
  • Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs., patient positioning, and standing for long periods.
  • Communicate professionally and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Operate equipment and phone systems efficiently.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements
  • Work independently at least 90% of the time.
  • Lift up to 35 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Push/pull up to 50 lbs., including assisting patients.
  • Perform frequent patient positioning involving bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, and reaching.
