Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Federal Way, WA is seeking a Radiology Technologist to provide radiology services in alignment with physician orders and safety standards. The ideal candidate holds a WA Certified Radiologic Technologist license, graduated from an approved radiologic technology program, and is BLS certified.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved accredited radiologic technology program by time of hire.
• Washington state radiologic technologist license/certification required at hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire.
• Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality radiographic and specialty images through clinical protocols.
• Position patients to best demonstrate the anatomic area of interest while respecting comfort.
• Input patient data into RIS and ensure proper procedure documentation and results communication.
• Maintain radiation safety and operate equipment according to safety standards.
