Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved accredited radiologic technology program by time of hire.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (Washington) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• Strong communication and problem solving-skills to work with physicians, customers and co-workers.
• Adheres to radiation safety, infection control and OSHA policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality radiographic and specialty images through clinical protocols.
• Position patient to best demonstrate area of interest, ensuring comfort.
• Operate radiology equipment according to safety standards and manufacturer specs.
• Input patient information into the Radiology Information System accurately.
• Maintain patient and staff confidentiality at all times.
• Assist lead technologist and participate in training and workflow improvements.
