AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging exams across departments, ensuring patient safety and comfort. You will operate radiology equipment, document patient histories, and educate patients about procedures while maintaining infection control standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of radiography experience, ARRT RT(R) certification, and BLS. The role offers Day shift hours, comprehensive benefits, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 2+ years of radiology experience and ARRT RT(R) certification required.
• BLS CPR certification required; must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiology exams in all departments and environments per protocol.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort and privacy during imaging procedures.
• Document patient history and explain procedures to patients.
• Operate scanners, injectors and monitors safely; follow PPE usage and infection control guidelines.
• Schedule and file patient records; answer phones and assist radiology staff as needed.
