Job summary

The Radiologic Technologist at UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care, LLC collaborates with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants to perform x-ray procedures for patients of all ages. You will apply ionizing radiation under supervision, ensure patient comfort and safety, and maintain accurate medical records and QA/QC logs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program required.
• BLS certification required at hire; ARRT registration required; state licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray procedures for patients of all ages.
• Position patients and ensure safety and comfort during imaging.
• Maintain medical records and QA/QC logs for equipment.
• Collaborate with providers and medical staff to determine procedures.
• Report results to physicians and provide patient information as needed.
