Position: Radiologic Technologist AdventHealth Centra Care Volusia Float

Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Rotating schedule, two days on, two days off (Monday-Thursday 8am-8pm), split Fridays (usually 8am-2pm or 2pm-8pm), alternate weekends (8am-5pm), and some holidays

Location: Travel Required

Community Description:

• Provide care at AdventHealth Centra Care’s clinics, open 7 days a week, treating non-life-threatening conditions with x-ray, prescription, and lab services.

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform patient care activities, including radiographic exams and laboratory testing under supervision.
• Adhere to guidelines to ensure quality care and patient safety.
• Maintain organization and facilitate patient flow.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain respectful relationships.

Team Contributions:

• Create a positive patient experience.
• Perform radiological examinations and clerical duties.
• Document procedures accurately.
• Assess patients, document medical info, vital signs, and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CPR Certification
• Current State license (if applicable) – General Radiographer (RT) and/or ARRT Credential in Radiography
• Ability to operate radiographic equipment and work with electrical and radiant energy
• Knowledge of radiographic procedures
