Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Allied Health or Sciences.
• Passed the ARRT registry or eligible for license in good standing.
• Knowledge of anatomy and positioning; ability to adapt to challenging cases; lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment with strong multitasking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient information and orders, confirm with patient before exam.
• Explain procedures and assist patient positioning.
• Reduce radiation exposure using protection techniques and shielding.
• Produce high-quality images with proper markers and orientation.
• Review images for completeness and potential anomalies.
• Maintain exam log and ensure timely reporting to radiologist.
• Keep clinic clean and safe; report issues promptly.
• Assist in clinic with inputting faxes and handling drug reps during downtime.
